I had a tight schedule to declutter and organise my parents' dilapidated holiday home, which felt extremely daunting. Kim was brilliant at helping me prioritize jobs so that each phase was broken down into manageable parts. This started from establishing which area of the house to tackle first and helping me identifying things to keep, in a considered but practical way, sorting meticulously and systematically so I was clear where things had gone. She enabled me to make decisions about items of emotional value, calmly attuning to my need to reminisce, while not allowing us to be too diverted from the job in its entirety.
I am not a completer/finisher and so having Kim’s practical approach to clearing an area and organising the tip trips felt reassuring and I was astonished we were able to achieve so much in a short period of time. Kim has excellent attention to detail, and calm supportive demeanour, which turned a potential ordeal into a manageable and satisfying experience.

I was nervous about booking a "Declutterer" and inviting a stranger into my home - my messy, cluttered, out-of-control home! BUT, when I met Kim, all of my stresses and anxieties about being judged drifted away.
Kim was BRILLIANT. She was calm, patient, listened and was empathetic. There was absolutely no judgement from her at all. In fact, she saw through all the clutter and was positive about getting results. Together, we started going through the 'Doom' boxes in my craft studio and, before I knew it, we had floor space and organisation.

Kim was amazing in helping my dad downsize from a big house to supported accommodation. There was so much to go through in the house and Kim knew how to deal with every aspect, from how to dispose of old towels (animal shelter) to who to contact for house clearance, and how best to deal with the numerous photo albums.

We (the children) live some way away so we helped a bit but really needed somebody to be there almost full time. Kim was so sensitive in dealing with my dad and talked with him about the sentimental value of the possessions and how best to deal with them, and what to prioritise for his new place.
As you can imagine this is really time-consuming and Kim always approached this cheerfully and was really aware of when dad needed a break.

Nothing was too much trouble, and Kim was always positive throughout the sometimes slightly stressful process.

I hired Kim in January 2022 to help me to declutter my wardrobes. She came equipped with large bags to make it easy to remove over 30 pairs of shoes, handbags and other items.
Kim helped me to develop new techniques to organise my cupboard space and even took bags away to charity. We decided which handbags needed to be sold and Kim returned for a second day to photograph them, ready for to them be re-homed.
Overall, Kim provided clarity in a crowded space and gave me the inspiration to move on items that were not being used. I highly recommend Kim as it takes a kindly push to sort out years of over-buying and clutter. Kim provided exactly that.

Having had major health issues for the last 3 years, I needed some help to clear my garage after using it as a substitute shed whilst I organised and set up a new shed and log store. My utility room was also in need of a good turn-out. Kim has spent 2 days working non-stop and extremely efficiently clearing and reorganising the garage and utility room, and I now have 2 spotless and tidy areas as a result.

I was dreading the task of clearing and sorting my garage and my shed (where there were about two square feet of clear space!). I simply didn’t have the time or energy to do it. But with Kim’s methodical approach and excellent organisational skills, the job took half the time I had expected and actually became an enjoyable experience.
